Looking for a poem

I heard a poem last night on Radio4.
It was by Pam Ayres and it was called "Voice at the bottom of the stair".

Does anyone know where I can find this in print? Ive had a quick google this morning but not had much luck.

As a last resort I was going to put LISTEN AGAIN on, and write it down, but I really dont want to do that, as it was quite long

Says "all her published works" so if it was read from a book I guess it must be..
