Quite enjoyed Occupied, a Norwegian drama/thriller set in the near future. A Green government halts oil and gas production. Middle East supplies are unsafe too, so the EU and Russia convince Norway that it would be in everyone's best interest if they start pumping again. And the Russians will give them a hand with that.

Full of smoking hot older Scandinavian ladies too.

    Series 2 isn't on Netflix :(

Steve Martin Short comedy special. I enjoyed it especially seeing their old pictures and how Martin Short hasn't changed. Worth a watch.

I'm looking forward to watching that. I loved Steve Martin's book on stand up and it looks like such a fun show.

Haven't quite finished it yet but seven seconds is pretty decent. Story of a cop who does a hit and run on a kid, if I had to score it now it would be a solid 7.5/10

Finished it now and stand by the score, there is one glaring mistake that doesn't get dealt with but overall it's hard hitting stuff and the ending...

I cannot stop watching "Comedians in cars getting coffee". I wasted most of last Sunday binging episodes.

Definitely a few dud episodes in there, but as they're only 15-20 minutes in length it doesn't ruin the experience.

Also made me appreciate Jerry Seinfeld more, as I didn't quite get why he was a big deal previously.

I can't bring myself to enjoy this as I remain convinced Seinfeld cynically ripped the idea off from thingy that plays Kryten, who as far as I can recall was the first person I saw doing a 'lets go for a drive with a celeb and some GoPros' thing, years ago.

After the news about Anthony Bourdain I've gone to look and it turns out it's gone from having basically all the seasons of four full series to just one season of one. The blandest one too.

Still good stuff but very obviously a travel/vacation focused programme.

Glad you mentioned this. I fired up my VPN last night (set to Canada) on a whim and was able to watch Ragnorok :) I guess they don't crack down as much now.

The film was thoroughly enjoyable too :)

I could do with a good VPN. Unblock us was good for years.

Another vote for ĎHappy!í. Itís absolutely batshit genius! Some extremely wince inducing moments in it, but itís all played for (very dark) laughs.

    Just finished watching 'Staircase'.

Very in depth. A slow watch. But I recommend it.

I can't easily sum it up in a cliche. Which means maybe it is boring. But maybe we need to learn to accept the brutality of the mundane.

Try getting hold of American Murder Mystery - The Staircase for an alternative 3-part take on the case. Very tabloid, but quite a few details not mentioned in the Peterson leaning Netflix doc - there's even an 'Owl's did it' theory :)

Currently half way through Manhunt: Unabomber.

Pretty good viewing - it splits the story into trying to hunt down the Unabomber and once caught, try to keep him imprisoned.

Heís so smart they fear that he will be able to throw out the case in technicalities.
Even though heís in prison, it feels like he is still in complete control.

I was underwhelmed by the finale of Sense8. I'm glad they finished it off after the cancellation was announced, but I have to wonder why they bothered.
