@sport I thinks it's more like if it came with floor mats but they were the wrong colour

I'm going to sell all my physical media and totally embrace the digital format.

    Then buy one of these.

The only thing any car stereo needs is a little mini jack socket.

Why is it important that it's in a car?
Because you didn't download the car did you LB!

    Check-fucking-mate!

Ah, this. Still no word from Sony, I gather? Cheeky fuckers.

Ethernet(10Mbits/sec) is no good for a disc-less future, it would bottleneck your 120 - 50Mbit/sec broadband.

Those 50GB games would take a minimum of 11hrs or 682 minutes (=50x1024/(10/8))/60)each to download.

Ethernet ports are so last generation ;), what every console needs is a Gigabit Ethernet port(1000Mbit/s) and thankfully sony have confirmed it has one. Playstation 4 with normal discs for the win :)

You don't sound happy LB. You don't sound happy at all.

Fast Ethernet ports are so last gen, what you really need is an gigabit Ethernet port.
    FTFY ;)

Who the fuck has a 10mb ethernet port other than Johnny Five?

I can see why it might look confusing reading the technical specs, but don't worry your little head. When everyone else is network fine on PS4, we'll be along to help you with your inability to use your X1 Ethernet X1 port.

This whole page is an answer to a question no-one's asked. I applaud us all.

As for LB's downloading music in a car analogy or whatever that was: that's what I do, running Spotify on my phone.

He is actually right about the Ethernet... But if your router doesn't support Gigabit Ethernet (which knowing most ISPs it doesn't) there's no fucking point.

ISPs need to get with the next generation!

How will it work well without the Cell?

I would be *very* surprised if there was a single broadband router out there that only supported 10mb ethernet ports.
