They're also not going to have region restrictions

Xbox One games will be playable on any Xbox One console -- there will be no regional restrictions.

Also, similar to today, playing disc based games will require that the disc be in the tray.

@Feanor Well Sony managed it with the Vita. Think it sells more digital games that physical or they are very close

Me, too, but hopefully MS will price their Xbone digital games at better prices so buying the digital version just makes sense.

Well, the cloud is setup and ready to go (and already going) - I guess a developer can farm off things they deem not totally necessary to the gameplay to the cloud, and if they get a response they can display the results. In multiplayer games you'll be online anyway, so they'll probably assume the cloud is available. Disclaimer: don't know what I'm talking about.
