Registered 14 years agoThere's also a business model that suggests it's counter productive to devote more of your business time to the minority of clients that complain a lot/eat up more of your resources, because outside of a few industries that depend on just a couple of high-value relationships (say advertising), you're better off concentrating on your less needy customers.

Registered 14 years agoIt's sitting in the Venn crossover where you can be sceptical/disagreeable enough to push your point of view without being destructively antisocial. In the same way that society has to have just the right amount of "deviancy" in order to progress, without becoming decadent like that there Rome/Weimar.
There are always outliers though, Trump for example. People like that though haven't worked their way up from/through anything and have just been ensconced at the top from the get-go. -

The satellite internet that's been around for ages needs a separate line for upload, otherwise it's download only. Dunno how they're doing it with this, but I assume the upload speed is shit.
