Feel like a proper adult. I have spiced rum, two pimms, blended whiskey and single malt and gin. And I haven't drunk them.

Pimms isn't a spirit, you amateur! It's a liqueur made from gin (a spirit).

Currently I have vodka (cheap supermarket tat), gin (bombay sapphire), white rum (a dribble of bacardi), dark rum (saint teresa), brandy (metaxa) and four bottles of whisky. Need to get some more whisky really.

In terms of fortified wines I only have ginger wine (stones) and vermouth (in the kitchen). I should really get some port and some sherry in. The latter's lovely in the summer with some ice - but none of the pale cream shite.

Also in my cabinet are a cheap bailey's rip-off (for when I have relatives over), and king's ginger (a sweet ginger liqueur). And some bitters, for cocktails.

Just got back from SA, I've got a bottle of Mampeor. This shit is so badass it's wrapped in actual barbedwire. I also picked up a bottle of 80% stroh rum. I am not long for this world.

Leave them in a cupboard where they will mysteriously reproduce over the years and give birth to even more weird and wonderful spirits. When they are all covered in a thick layer of dust you can remove them at a party and mix strange drinks.
