It's a play on gremlins 2, deal with it. Whose pre-ordered an Xbox One for launch day or who intends to buy one after launch when the next container shipments arrive? It's like Xbox 360 time all over, I remember playing Call of Duty and PGR at launch. Remember the days of literally everyone buying the arcade games for something new to play on the console. Registered 17 years agoI preordered but since I'm in Denmark I won't be getting it before february.
Still, I get two free games and can enjoy my PS4 until then so I'm not fussed about it.

Registered 15 years agoAfraid I'll be waiting till Feb/March. Too many current games and nothing massively exciting at launch to justify my forking out £500 this Christmas. -

Registered 15 years agoGet mine on day one, money is a little tight so will have only fifa 14 to play on to start with then buy games slowly each week. Other games on list will be BF4, Forza, Watchdogs.. < In that order 
They will keep me busy over xmas until titanfall comes out.
Then i will be happy

Registered 8 years agoI've just one ordered mine at game. Gonna get the call of duty ghosts bundle and have got battlefield on pre order with Amazon. Might pick up black flag at the same time as my xbox. Not bothered about the day one bundle as I don't like fifa and I reckon the novality factor isn't worth it for the controller. Wish we knew the release date coz I'll need to blag the day off work -
Pre ordered mine with game about 2 weeks ago. Day one edition with fifa.
Going all digital next gen so day one downloads will be Dead Rising 3, Forza 5, Cod and Peggle 2.
Possibly swap Cod for Ryse depending on how it turns out.
Got my digital funds ready on my account. Around £220 credit which cost me £140 buying points. -

Registered 8 years agoThe guys in game said today when I pre ordered mine that I would definitely get it for launch, it was just the day one bundle that was sold out. Slightly worried but it's not the end of the world -

Registered 12 years agoI don't understand why people didn't put pre-orders in as soon as they were available. I did that with both to guarantee that I had the choice. It's not like there wasn't plenty of choice online with no deposit. Hell, I benefitted from Zavvi underestimating the price of the One at £399 with a price guarantee by doing that! -

Saints row 4? And this is towards the end of the current gen. It may sound like I'm bashing playstation but im not. I only own a ps3 currently but ive had both in the last few years. Ps3 at the moment have the better catalogue but that doesn't make it the better console. In the end it's all down to personal choice and not fanboyisum -

Registered 12 years agoThe games, but that's entirely not the point. The Xbox One reveal was 6 months before the expected release. There was plenty of time for features/games to be announced. It cost absolutely nothing to make a pre-order online, so why wouldn't you?
I thought the Wii U looked pointless, but I still made a pre-order in case it interested me before release. It didn't, so I cancelled. -

I think like many others I have a soft spot for nintendo and do enjoy there ip's but im sick to death of them being behind the times. The lack of decent games this year has been terrible. I would of been happy with my purchase if mariokart had arrived in easter this year instead of next.
Im happy the xb1 has enough launch day titles to tide me over until Titanfall and other big hitters arrive. I expect a lull like all consoles have. I guess it all depends on what games your into. -
