I do think London prices are about peaked now, though, overall (obviously certain parts will be outside any bubble). If I had a London property I'd probably be trying to sell right now.

Except demand has, and will continue to, always outstrip supply here. The recession had little to no effect in my area. Prices kept going up.

Yeah but demand has finite depth of pocket.

    Russkies, Arabs and Chinese don't.

They're not buying houses in Lewisham though, and the parts they buy in were what I meant when saying parts will stay outside the bubble pop.

Not for now, but we'll see once everything else is snapped up.

Probably the dining room. It is common for London properties to list all but one main room as a bedroom.

Doubt it's in London. He'd be building two floors if it were.

Bedroom 3 was where half of the family room was. We took it out so we'd have a big living space. The living/dining room will actually be a library, and bedroom 2 will be an office.

Archway was hardly the centre anyway you cunt.

    BARNET?!!

There will be no more disparaging of Battersea.

Congrats on the move. No more grocery deliveries? Also, did you check if anyone had previously farted in your new home?

Quorn escalopes? I understand Quorn for dishes that are saturated in fat and taste from other ingredients, but by itself? You listen to Coldplay?
  • Deleted user 16 November 2014 20:34:40
I like the Quorn roasts, the escalopes are pretty mank. But obvs still coming round to watch films and cuddle

Haha, that could be so. It's out of choice but it's not quite as thick and luxurious as it once was. The spotlight on the ceiling directly above my bathroom mirror is not my friend.

There's not really a spot, it's more the top is a bit like Shredded Wheat.

I don't want your girlfriend to be there really. I'm no home wrecker.
