OK, so I've got 3 big chops marinating in the fridge.

What's the best way to cook them?

I've turned them after about an hour so they're ready to go soon.

What do you think - bake and then grill to crisp them or pan fry or what?

Ideally I'd like them pretty cripsy but I'd like to be able to have some of the marinade on them too. Maybe reduce the sauce by pan frying the sauce only while grilling the chops?

    What do you think?

Apply heat until risk of infection is minimal and ease of digestion is optimal. Hope this helps.

Fry them on a high heat for 5-10min then put in the oven for 10-15.

The best pork chop recipe ever is in Jamie's Italian cook book - you cut a little slice in each chop then stuff them with a butter blended with sage, lemon zest, dried apricot and prosciutto. Gives them a blast of flavour.

I'd deep fry the heck out of it. Possibly battered.

Not really, that'd be a waste of a good pork chop. I'm with monkehhh, griddle pan or grill is my preference. A little pre-cook in the oven works too though, so by all means go for that :)

    Down the plughole.

Rub it on your wifes breasts.
  • Deleted user 9 September 2013 23:30:40
Drizzle it on top / mix with other stuff as a sauce / keep for something else.
