Watched series 1 again over a couple of days. Watching Mark trying to woo Sophie is brilliant, especially the free form dance class episode.
Apologies for my pedantry, but the dance class episode is in the second series :)
Fair enough :) I watch and re-watch so often, they are all great though.

I saw the rainbow rhythms guy that Mark won't dance with in Aesop a while back.

    Jeremy Usborne:
Mark, I'm just in a very erotic relationship right now. I mean, we're systematically breaking down all the taboos that society has.

    Mark Corrigan:
Right, and love? Romance? I mean, is there any romance in any of this at all?

    Jeremy Usborne:
Who needs romance when you're doing it up the bum?

    Mark Corrigan:
Exactly. Exactly my point. I mean, if you've actually done... that, which, by the way, I can see no point whatsoever in myself...

    Jeremy Usborne:
    You'd love to try it.

    Mark Corrigan:
I honestly would not! What is this modern obsession with... that? Look, Jez, what I'm trying to say is, so, for better or for worse the 60s happened and now sex is fine. But can't we take the best of that, the nice music, the colours, the "I have a dream" etc., but not have to face the... squalor?

[Mark picks up his electric toothbrush]

    Jeremy Usborne:
Er, you might want to give that a bit of a rinse, actually, mate.
    :) :) :)

Annoying the advert had spoiled some of the best jokes but still a decent episode.

Peep Show followed by Toast next Wednesday is going to be a treat.

I'm halfway through series 3 so far, I'll have this series stockpiled for a massive binge after in back up to speed as I missed chunks of some series. Almost don't want to watch the new ones in case they're shit

I made it to series 4 when I was renting DVDs. That seemed a good place to stop TBH. Can't remember when I started watching the live broadcast, but it's probably either 6 or 7.

That was ace, for some reason I expected quality to dip, but not a chance. SuperHans, as ever outstanding.
