Anyone any ideas how to add a credit card to shopto site. It keeps failing during authentication. I've tried 3 different credit cards and debit card. I've made sure not to put Flat in the address. I don't know what else to do? I'm gonna miss out on my PS4 and XB1 pre orders if I can't sort this out. My cards all have Verified by Visa 3D so that isn't the problem?

I updated my card details last month before placing my order. All went fine then, even the verified by visa stuff.

Maybe try again tomorrow and contact them if you're still having issues?

If you PM me your card details, I'll try for you and let you know if it works.

I was at it for two hours last night. Had support on the line too. If you live in a flat it seems you are stuffed - their system doesn't cope with flat addresses for some reason. In the end I got my father to try his card and address which worked fine, so I've paid using him as a proxy. However that's just introduced another problem. They've changed the delivery address to match the billing address. My father lives in Surrey, I live in Glasgow. Haven't lived with my parents for 25 years lol. So I guess I've paid 1k for the privilege of having neither console at launch. Gah!

I had a similar issues which turned out to be the address the bank has for my flat.

I live in flat 28 which is on 23 XXXXXXX

My Bank has this down as

    Flat 28 23

As soon as I did added this to my card address it went through fine.

Sorted now. They updated the delivery address for me. What a process as though.

I had a problem with not being able to process my maestro card for Diablo 3 so I went to Tesco instead and then Amazon for GTA5.

True story, I shit you not.

(I hope my bank gets a move on and sends me out a different card soon though, apparently maestro is dying a death)
