New design, blah blah, silly price, yadda yadda. But has anyone seen how tiny this thing is?!? 16.7 x 25.1 cm. Pretty amazing.

Yeah, its pretty amazing considering that Powermacs/Mac Pros previously weighed as much as a small family car.

The teardown i watched showed it had a bespoke graphics card in it (for the form factor) so no ebuyer off the peg upgrades/replacements for that.

Same with the HDD. The only user replaceable or upgradable thing is the RAM.

There are a billion thunderbolt ports, so they clearly expect you to use those for storage and whatnot.

What's amazing is the number of actual professionals who will go out and buy these overpriced/underspecced toys, rather than listening to world-renowned experts on Internet forums such as this. Obviously a machine that is almost exclusively going to be bought by professionals can't be for them, so what on earth is going on?
