When browsing web pages, is anyone experiencing the App Store opening on a specific app without clicking a link?

This has just happened using safari, ios7 on the Steambox article on EG.

Weirdly, it linked to Jelly Splash that isn't even advertised on that page.

Is this a new 'feature'??

I've had it a few times. Seems like a bug, phone keeps freezing for a good 5 seconds when it does it.

It seems a bit too convenient to be a bug and more like a cynical 'pop up'.

Poor user experience if EG are implementing forced App Store links. If it's iOS then it should Bo coded out sharpish, user experience is everything.

I've also had it redirect to Pet Rescue Saga. That's with Android though, not sure if that matters. None this morning though, so touch wood that's it
