Info on using Xbox One outside launch markets?

Has there been any information on what you need to do to use Xbox One outside the officially supported countries?
Does your XBL account need to be in one of the supported countries?

Buy a really long Ethernet cable.

Don't buy an ethernet cable for the PS4 though. No port you see.
