Xbox One faulty consoles

Thought it'd be worth getting an idea on scale and what people have done about any issues they have.

I've got a DOA console, won't play discs but not making the grinding noise. I've got onto amazon who will get back to me within 5 days.. May get onto xbox tomorrow to see if they have a quicker turnaround.

Anyone else have problems/solutions?

Yeah hope so. Annoyingly it was a birthday present for my dad that he can't use.
