Dahhhhhhhh! Having a hell of a time trying to find a trio of old music vids or DVDs. The usual suspects don't have 'em and I'm not even sure they made it out on DVD (if they didn't, that's a damned shame) Anyway if anyone knows anywhere I can get hold of the following, I'd be muchly appreciative.. Talk Talk - Natural History (Best of Talk Talk compilation vid) Crowded House - Best of (Again, compilation vid) The The - Infected These three, particularly the last one, were all muchly prized when I had 'em on VHS but the originals either got borrowed or lost in the annals of time. Most (if not all) the singles, plus some interview footage.
Much as I like the band, I'm unlikely to watch it again (whereas the Sydney Opera house concert I'll never tire of).

Got the Sydney Opera House concert and the other live vid they did. Just haven't got the old cheesy vids any more (the one for "weather with you - ack, it's gruyere all the way!)

Registered 20 years agoThat's damned decent of you matey...! If there's any 80s stuff you're after tracking down (audio wise) give me a shout and I'll repay in kind as I've found about 550+ 80s albums kicking around in a huge cardboard box at my nan's place whilst having a new year clearout...!

Am pretty much 100% sure that AND "Here's to Future Days" are in there...
If I get time I'll try and knock together a list. I found Albums in the boxes that I'm pretty sure I've only listened to one track of...f'r instance these classics...

I used to just buy 10 at a time from ye olde HMV / Virgin sales...most of 'em are on tape but there's a fair smacker of Vinyl and CD there too...

PLAY have it in stock too. Might just go ahead and order it as my original copy's on tape..
The The were bloody good back in the day before Matt Johnson turned into some sort of gay cowpoke..the "Infected" video particularly - that's a serious headfuck.

Registered 18 years agoBack in 1990 I saw them at the Leadmill Sheffield prior to the Reading Festival and they were brilliant. One of the best live shows I've been to. I lost touch with the band after Dogs of Lust which was a good album but a bit over produced.
