Can someone please get rid of the glitchy flickering and impossible to get rid of banner advert that is spazzing up my enjoyment of EG!

I'm sure an ad man will be along next week, copy and paste some generic response letting you know they're looking into it and this sort of thing shouldn't happen, for it to still be there in a fortnights time anyway.
