Any white actors that are liked by the black community? • Page 4

Speaking as a representative of the honky community, I like black actors who aren't threatening. Morgan Freeman's like a friendly uncle and Will Smith's a bit like a cool friend from school who got sensible but can still have a bit of fun now and then, for example. I imagine the 'brothers' (it's ok for me to say that - I've met a couple of black fellas) feel similar and will like white actors who don't remind them of 'The Man'. So that'd probably be John Goodman and the chubby bloke out of Paul Blart: Mall Cop.

I agree that they probably do enjoy the Paul Blart film, Fozzie, because it sort of rhymes with bloodclaart.

I can't decide which Will Smith I dislike more - the wisecracking one, or the serious one. At least the former is doing what comes naturally, annoying as it might be.
