Someone who is 6 feet tall and 13 stone is classed as overweight by it.
Someone who sits at a desk all day compared with someone working in manual labour is clearly going to have a lighter build. -
@gamingdave Amen brother. BMI is total bollocks. I'm 28, hovering around 16 stone and 6ft3. I do a lot of weight lifting but my body fat is around 15%, which makes me obese according to BMI.
