@Syrette what do you do with your evenings? Most of mine i get 2/3 hours in. Also as i work nights sometimes i usually get at least one day a week to myself so i often play games all day. I rarely watch tv, rarely read books, sometimes watch films and in the past six months I've almost completely lost interest in going out drinking.
This sounds a lot like me actually. I'm getting about 3 hours gaming in every night, never watch TV. Also lost interest in going out drinking. I just drink in front of my ps. Like I am right this second in fact.gif)
( Actually in front of my xb1 but same shizzle) -

or I'm at work. I don't really enjoy going out anymore. I get social anxiety (never used too) but it been a long time since I went out (except last Friday , where it was hard and I ended up drinking in the beer garden with a couple of mates) -

Registered 10 years agoJust had a good few hours on this today and must say I am loving it. I can understand the issues with the batmobile some may have but I'm enjoying it.
Graphics are amazing, especially the rain, creating a nice Gotham-appropriate atmosphere.
The story is the standout so far though, with all the twists and turns to be expected in the last chapter of such an epic series. -
Is the combat as slick as ever? -

Registered 10 years agoI wonder how many people like me are still finishing off Witcher 3 and have absolutely no interest in diving into another open-world game no matter how good it is. I reckon Rocksteady would have delayed this another month if they had any idea how gargantuan the Witcher would be. Wonder if it will have an impact on sales. -

Registered 14 years agoWas listening to Conroy's voice today in The Animated Series and he's noticeably less gruff in that, understandably. But still quite interesting that he's gruffed up as Arkham has gone on. -
Assuming that people who want to play Batman are interested in The Witcher? They're both open worlds but otherwise completely different. -

Registered 10 years ago@JiveHound But the open-world play style is a pretty fundamental similarity. Just my opinion and that of a few other mates who have open-world burn out from Witcher! -
@alexm My point was that there are many people that didn't buy The Witcher who will buy Batman. -

Registered 9 years agoPersonally think I've put in a good 20-30 hours into Witcher but going to put it totally on hold to smash this out, then will resume.
If it had a decent in game clock could actually say how far but I think within those ten hours, but I think I'm not even close to half way in so it'll be waiting for me after this beaut. -

Yeah I'm in this camp. I don't know whether I be even refreshed enough in time for metal gear. I do have an interest in this game, but yeah no where near finished with the witcher 3, where I had sessions I've been fatigued with it.

Just used the Harley codes okay, through the LIVE store. Which release are you trying?
I ordered the PS4 version but they sent me the XBO version by accident. I'll play it on the XBO over the weekend and then (maybe) start again on the PS4 version.
Edit:
I love the XBO, but I HATE the install times. It takes so long compared to the 60 seconds of the PS4.

My nephew (who lives with my wife and I) finished The Witcher 3 last night. He completed every mission, every treasure hunt, armor quest etc, and his time says 326hrs. It's a BIG game.

Registered 8 years ago@scuffpuppies I'm using PS4 and the Harley codes are still not working.
Any chance of some impressions on the Xbox version I'm thinking of picking it up my Xbox too? -
After thinking City was a bit poop and skipping Origins entirely, I might jump in on this.
Witcher 3 is too big, screw that I have a life. This seems much more manageable. -

No complaints so far other than the irritating lengthy install time (around 20-30 mins). It looks beautiful too, if such a word can be used to describe a Batman game. While still very early, the frame rate feels solid and I'm guessing it's outputting at 900p, but without running it side-by-side with the PS4 version, it's certainly not noticeable.

There's a good chance I might just stick with the XBO version (I love the XB controller). All in all, it's looking good. -
