Every time I use my pc, I get bombarded with those online casino ads. Every time I click the close x, another takes it's place!!. Is it humanly possible to get rid of these mind numbingly annoying ads??? Help please!!!. I do have a pop-up blocker, but it is obviously crap.

Sounds like you're infested with spyware. Clean up your machine, man. And then switch to Firefox.

Get Ad Aware, Spybot Search and Destroy, plus the MS tools thing and that should help clear them out. If you don't have a decent virus scanner and/or a securely set up PC then switch to a more secure browser than IE.

I have the 'web secure alert' on the pc. Any good, or a load of junk??. It must be the latter, otherwise I would not keep on getting all the crap I have been getting.

It's nothing to do with 'pop up blocking'. Your IE has been hijacked by spyware. Clean it up, then stop visiting those 'specialist' sites. ;-)

whatever you've already got, ignore them

get ad aware and spybot, run them both several times and they should do the job

What do u mean by specialist sites and how do i clean it up (sorry not a technical sort of computer person, just play games!!)

Install this, update it, let it check for problems, fix problems. Download a different browser like Firefox or Opera.
