Cheers for the games last night, wasn't too bad and we didn't get too wrecked. Sorry I was Mr Broken Mic, which I didn't think would matter but there were so many times I just wanted to shout BEHIND YOU! THERE'S A GUY BEHIND YOU! My spare mics all died too. I might have a mobile phone headset somewhere but for the life of me I don't know where, which bother me because I always know where my stuff is. But I digress. Good Halo fun time! |

Registered 8 years agoJust a quickie, quite new to Halo 5 multiplayer been on MCC for a while now jumping to 5..
Where is everyone? I couldn't get into a match for an hour (Sunday) and gave up, I'm obviously looking at wrong playlists (social, big team etc) even Ranked was empty (good job nowhere near good enough for that!).
Could you peeps tell me which playlists I should be looking at? I know it takes a while to search/load 5 but blimey, that was weird, is no one playing this anymore?
It's that bloody Fortnite isn't it?

I play every night, mostly on Super Fiesta in Social, occasionally in ranked, and then the odd bit of BTB on a Monday evening with a group from here. Matchmaking times are slower than they used to be, but I'm talking maybe up to a couple of minutes a game, not an hour! -

Registered 8 years ago@Ror ah didn't try super fiesta being bit nooby etc, I'll persevere maybe was just a bad day, the hour was me hopping about trying to find a game, wasn't just one playlist.. ta tho, long as it's still going I'll have another shot, was thinking of going back to MCC but rather not.
However did start campaign in the end, really like it, looks lovely.gif)

Registered 12 years ago@bighairybear65 Ah, fair enough. Just stick to a playlist for a few minutes and you'll find a game. The first one might take a few minutes sometimes, but your follow up games will generally load much quicker.
And don't worry about Super Fiesta, it's probably the most casual mode on there It is pretty hectic though. -

Registered 12 years agoNope! Surprisingly, there's basically nothing out there. Given mainline Halo has always been on a three-year release schedule, this should be the year we get it, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see what E3 brings.
I think it might not be called Halo 6, anyway; I remember, I think, Bonnie Ross saying the reason 5 had a subtitle was that they eventually want to move away from numbers.
Probably a good thing to do before they reach Halo 10

They have to cal it halo 6 you can do the last game in a trilogy without the same number convention. -

Registered 12 years agoYou can get the Classic Helmet REQ pack by watching the MS E3 conference on Mixer (obviously make sure you're signed in with your Xbox account), and you can log in to the game daily from today til Thurs to get a Platinum REQ pack. -

Registered 12 years agoI know it's been a while, but I wish they hadn't put these forge maps in super fiesta.
Some of them are OK, but I really fucking hate that one that looks and feels like a Timesplitters map. I hate it to the point that it makes me genuinely angry when I'm playing on it. It's absolutely fucking dire. -
