I have high hopes for this, so hope they don't mess it up. I miss Rainbow 6 for slightly more tactical shooting fun.
If it can deliver something close to what it promised in that gameplay video, I'd be very happy.
Edit: I like the single life too. Do something stupid and that's it, no respwans always helps make it more tense, especially near the end when it's win or lose time... time to be your team's hero, or villain depending on how you do. It definitely ramps up the pressure.

Saw the trailer late at night, and I thought it was voice acting due to the fact that it synced very well with what happened on screen. Or maybe that was just me being really tired. -
Hearing good things about this. It certainly isn't your standard shooter where you can run and gun. The enemies aren't idiots and you have to plan how you're going to go in there and get the hostage out safely. The building is pretty destructible and you (and the enemy) can use it. Weapons, gadgets and strategy is needed. -

Looks like PVP is the direction they are going, CODeyfying it, making it generic whilst taking away what where the distinguishing characteristics for the series, 4 player TH Hunt mode and the cover system that made R6 special.
Hope I'm wrong. -

A concern i have would be, the obvious focus on multiplayer, an area UbiSoft are monumentally shit at. -

This popped up on Giant Bomb's video feed and I thought i'd have a look, just out of curiosity. It looks fucking crap. i don't even know why they bothered with the Rainbow Six name.

IMHO, it looks the same as every other shooter out there. Certainly nothing like the R6 games i've played in the past.
Edit* I know you can punch through walls and whatnot but that's not a gameplay feature that's gonna keep me interested for more than half an hour.
