Yeah there are eleven people at the studio that made this. For me it is fine, if it was a first person shooter for example it would be unacceptable. I think I'm near the end, I'm happy with my purchase. Coming from the broken nuclear throne this runs well |

Registered 18 years agoThe acceleration curve on the right stick is also really strange:
nothing... Nothing... NOTHING... ALL POWER TO ROTATION SYSTEMS! *puke*

Registered 10 years agoSo opinions from those that have finished it, is it worth going wandering or does the story generally take you all over anyway. I've done some minor detours but I'm assuming the named locations will generally be used in some way? Not sure if this question constitutes a spoiler for some though. -
Only played for an hour or so last night, but *really* enjoyed it. It's a refreshingly unique concept, what with the constant chatter while you're wandering around on your lonesome.
I could imagine that it's more a game for, well, older people. The protagonists must bein their late 30s or early 40s, and that's who the game is aimed at, imo.
edit:
Runs like an asbolute dream on myPC via SteamLink, if I may say so.

Well I'm enjoying it, depends how I feel at the end I guess but consensus seems to be good so I felt they deserved the support. I'm a big story fan in games though so early on this looked like my cup of tea. Not sure if that's a helpful answer though, it's quite engrossing so far, bit of a slow burn but very well written with human characters. Just a nice laid back experience, performance is fine on ps4 for this type of thing. I'm not running about so that also may be helping engine performance, much of the stuttering appears around auto saves tbh.

I was discussing exactly this with my wife last night, definitely a game for the older crowd. My 7 year old watched a few minutes and he said it was the most rubbish game he'd ever seen haha.

Bit hypocritical for someone thats often telling people to stop hardware flaming in cross platform game threads. Should I bring up the fact that just the steam link costs 25% of a PS4 or should we stop before we get started

Just helpful tech advice. .gif)
If I may correct you though, the link costs more like 15% of a PS4! -

I've been super waiting for this game since it was announced. Very nice way to spend a day off work, wandering through the forests of Wyoming. Just unwinding with the soundtrack now it's over :`( -

I knew pretty much what type of game this was, so I was just hoping the story was strong enough.
Really enjoyed it-I could go at my own pace, but the mystery drove me on.
I looked online to see if you could actually 'rent' out those watchtowers, and you can

Registered 14 years agoSo I appear to be stuck at Day 77...
I've found the camp behind the chain fence, stole the electronic compass thing and some notes, then I'm told I have to go back to my watchtower... which I've done, and nothing happens to advance the game at all. Tried going back some of the alternative routes in case I missed something but nothing... what am I missing here? -

Registered 6 years ago@M83J01P97 does it actually say go back? Was there a fire? -
It says 'Return to Two Forks Watchtower'. I do. Nothing happens. Walked around for a good 30 mins now and nothing seems to be happening. Bug? It will fuck me right off if that's ruined my game progression..
