Registered 20 years agoI said yesterday that I thought Whizzo and Lutz would be good mods.
I'd volunteer myself but I'm not around too much in the evenings and weekends - which seems to be the time that more moderators are needed. And I doubt I'd do much moderation. Apart from changing thread categories and typos - is that possible?

Being a mod does change the way you view a forum (i.e. you read threads you would normally ignore, you receive random abuse etc) so there are some people who have been nominated who are great people but probably wouldn't enjoy the modding experience that much (Blerk, Mike_Hunt, Angel_Treats etc) -- but I might be wrong there?
I'd be happy to help where I can, I just don't know how useful I'd be given that I'm only here 8am 'til 5pm. Having a little '[mod]' next to your name is, of course, really cool..gif)
It would be good to have one or possibly two more mods... mentat has volunteered, and I think Whizzo would be good at the job too (but I don't know if he is interested). What do you guys think?

For instance Mal would make an excellent moderator, he's a top bloke and always seems pretty level headed. Yet he didn't get a vote. I'm happy with whose been chosen and I think that's enough mods afaic.
