    Hi all,

I'm considering replacing the 8 year old windows desktop currently sat consuming a large area of space with a Mac Mini. 2 questions really:

    1. What are people's experiences of the Mac Mini as a media pc - good/bad/indifferent?
    2. What keyboard/trackpad combi do you use for sofa surfing...?

Playing a blu-ray is still a massive pain on OS-X . . . so if your media you wish to play includes them, I wouldn't bother.

Nope, fortunately. Got a PS3 for that.

We've had a Mac mini as our TV's media centre machine for a year or so. Much nicer than having a PC in terms of looks and footprint.

Oh, and we use the standard mac Bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo. Works well on the coffee table.
