    I think I'm getting old because I think I don't want notifications on my wrist.

    @Gremmoo How long is the charge time on the 360? Was looking at the Sony Smartwatch V3, about an hour charge for that. If comparable might go for the 360, but with V2 coming soon...
    Roughly an hour.

    @Gremmoo You said the battery life on yours was bad due to something wrong with your phone's bluetooth, so it's more than a little disingenuous to say it's anything like that with all pebbles, it isn't. lus you had the cruddy old pebble, which wasn't great in the first place. My old one lasted between 5 days and a week per charge, and my new one lasts 8-10 days.
    This is true, but still. I had a decent flagship phone (S6 edge) and heard a number of reports that the 1st gen (well, 2nd gen technically, I had the Pebble Steel) struggled with more modern phones for some reason. But yeah, it having wireless charging mitigates the need for it to last a week for me though. I have wireless charging pads almost everywhere I sit now.

    Anyone psyched about the second gen? Rumors has it will be thiner and faster with its own LTE data receiver (or what you call it).

    Sounds like a bit of a pipe dream to me if they wish to keep the battery life on acceptable levels.

    With the rather heavy backlash the first gen one is suffering atm (from reviewers that kind of praised it at launch no less) makes me wonder how Apple will pitch it.

    Nah, they'll go for the bog standard "Apple Watch, Revolutinazed" and call it a day.

    Im kind of kicking myself for getting one ("no fucking shit" says everyone). I skipped the upgrade last year to wait for the 7 as the 6s was as meh as it comes. In the meantime, my phone has been made almost unusable by IOS 9 and android phones have become really interesting propositions, even at the lower end of the market.

    The 7 better be out of this world or this piece of shit is getting ebayed.

    The latest S upgrade was meh in terms of features - I rarely use 3D Touch - but performance wise the 2gb ram was an epic improvement. The 6 Plus was was my least favourite iPhone - crashy, laggy, constant app refreshing due to paucity of ram. The 6S Plus is night and day better, and I prefer the slightly thicker form factor, seems sturdier. Will likely skip the 7, phones are firmly in diminishing returns territory now, can't think of anything I want other than smaller bezels. Battery life on the 6S Plus is immense for my usage, and I've got the "inferior" chip apparently.

    I still wear my Apple Watch ....on my ankle. If you're bored enough to care, I explained why previously in this thread, but tldr;
    I like the fitness tracking, and love stupidly priced mechanical watches waaaaay more.

    Am tempted to upgrade (which I didn't think I'd be), but I've read that watchOS3 is excellent on the current version.

    The only time I haven't worn it is when I had to send it off to Apple as it as the body detached itself from the case (they replaced it FOC, out of warranty). Didn't have a scratch on it.

    Interested. Since Garmin updated my Vivoactive HR+ without so much as a by your bloody leave it erroneously counts steps like I'm some sort of Guinness record attempter and the GPS locks on to me roughly two thirds of the way through my run. They've fucked it.

    I guess any company can, but it's perhaps less likely with Apple.

    How's the sleep stuff on the pebble? I had a jawbone up which I really liked for the sleep tracking, reminders to move and silent vibrating alarms but i had two which decided to pull themselves apart across a year or so. I'm guessing I can't use the Apple Watch to track my sleep and wake me up so maybe he Pebble is more like what I want?

    Sounds useful - I liked the function on the Up where it would try and wake you up when you weren't sleeping deeply. I see that the new colour one is coming in a few months, I'll definitely put it on my list.
