I really can't see them doing a reveal of the watch when they're releasing a new iPhone. Summer 2015 seems a bit more logical.

    This was the absolute shiznit.

I had one of those after sending in about 40 vouchers cut out of the back of Quavers packets.

I also fondly remember a Pac Man watch which had the full game in LCD form. Which, for some reason, used to play the Dixie tune. A rendition which my father was evidently cool with listening to 4,562 times but that 4,563rd was a repetition too many.

I wish I still had it. Unfortunately it ended its life in a dozen small pieces at the bottom of the staircase :(

Speaking of Swatches, I do still have this puppy, along with a half-dozen or so other Swatch watches.

This Omega certainly didn't come with vouchers

The bottom strip is touch sensitive and used to toggle through the 9 modes, long before Apple "invented" touch.

I can't wear the classic gentleman's watch. Arm hairs being pinched gets right one wick.

I could never sleep with them on.

Oh God, I remember I went through a time when I'd wear three of them at once.

Then wear a gentleman's watch on a strap instead of a bracelet. Or just a bracelet that isn't a hair puller

I do, I wear a strap (fucked if I can remember the brand, nothing expensive, Lorus I think). I was taking the Michael out if earlier posts, where the metal link strap was clearly seen by some (well, one) as the classic gentleman's watch.

That's interesting. Good that they've sorted their shit out really considering how many people spend a fortune on them.

    An easy workaround is this:

Download VLC Player from here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

Install it and everything, make sure it works correctly.

Open the program. Click on Media (top left) > Open Network Stream.

You will see this screen: http://puu.sh/bqV9o.png

Paste this link into that field: http://devimages.apple.com/iphone/samples/bipbop/gear1/prog_index.m3u8

Click Play. If you see a video with sound like so: http://puu.sh/bqVgs.jpg
