I enjoyed Winter Soldier. It's definitely not a Cold War thriller though. It's still a Marvel action movie through and through.

Yeah I really like Winter Soldier too. Far better than the first Cap film which I didn't like at all, and far better than Thor 2 as well.

It's not a cold war thriller, but it does have some nice nods to stuff like All the President's Men etc. I'd have rather they continued in that vein rather than go down the 40 minute explodathon ending, but I get at teh end of the day it's a comic book action film. Still nice they can dabble in different stuff a little though.
