Pretty sad news, I used to really enjoy reading voodooextreme back when he posted. VE was the first gaming website I read regularly.

It's very sad he will be missed, VE was one of a few sites that I must have visited every day up until the change happened.

This is very sad news, I followed VoodooExtreme from the beginnning, with the introduction of the 3DFX graphics cards and beyond... damn so young

So sad to see what has happened over there. It used to have a great community. Even at the end, just before the IGN takeover I remember a Half Life 2 news post getting thousands of comments, now, the place is like a ghost town.

Truly sad news, ve3d used to be my #1 news site and it was only when IGN got in on the act that I switched over to EG. Remember the day it happened and the rebellion some of us tried to cause on their boards...

Yeah I remember that thread...made the Animal Crossing and Op Flash posts here look like a comments list for some generic "meh" GBA puzzle game.
