Registered 15 years agoYep, wondered whether it'd have the legs for a second season, and it just gets better and better. That talk with his Dad ended on a perfect cue, one I certainly wasn't expecting ! -
My only critism is that none of the directors have that camera flair that Rami is king of.
Do we know if he's going to direct any more episodes? -

Registered 16 years agoWhilst season 3 has kicked off, apparently the series is in danger of cancellation due to audience drop off.
I still haven't made it past the first episode so I'm part of the problem I guess. In theory I should love the series but it hits the exact same mental gag reflex that makes Buffy the Vampire Slayer impossible to watch.
I'll watch episode one again and give it another go. -

I agree. It's great fun. Will be a shame if it's cancelled. I did hear there's a possibility of a film if it does indeed get the chop. -

Registered 15 years agoShame, certainly unappreciated lil' nugget of fun, but understandable given it's an acquired taste. Probably for the best though, as there isn't much else to do with the format, and as long as they've had some advance warning that things weren't looking rosy, we can have a ribbon-bow finale of sorts.
Either that or they'll all remain dead in the rift. -

Registered 15 years agoBrillant finale, and definitely deserves a 'Netflix style' movie for that teaser.
The design/production has improved episode by episode, and it's great what they've managed on the budget. The mobile phone deadite from a few eps ago was a great example, simple but effective.
Never really cared much for the films (like Bubba Ho-Tep though) but these three series have shone. -
