I used to love me some Scan, but they've got this nasty habit of advertising items in stock, taking your money and then telling you 2 days later that said item actually isn't in stock.

    It's happened to me twice.

Cheers all. Must admit the price had me thinking he'd found a decent setup and if it is relatively quiet and can be hidden somewhere then it wasn't a bad option. Not sure how much Maplin have to do with this as it is branded PC Specialist. Seems to undercut the PCS site so maybe volumes/cheaper components?

Hey peeps - I've acquired a VE-HERY old mini-tower Dell PC from a family member. I was hoping to purchase a very basic graphics card so that my partner's niece can run half-decent indie games via Steam (and Minecraft - always with the Minecraft) - the cheaper the better, natch!

Unfortunately, I'm still a little clueless as to how I work out what is compatible with this system:

    Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 14393) (14393.rs1_release.161220-1747)
    Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
    System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
    System Model: Vostro 200
    BIOS: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG
    Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.0GHz
    Memory: 4086MB RAM
    Available OS Memory: 4086MB RAM
Page File: 2276MB used, 3216MB available
    Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWS
    DirectX Version: DirectX 12
    DX Setup Parameters: Not found
User DPI Setting: Using System DPI
System DPI Setting: 144 DPI (150 percent)
    DWM DPI Scaling: UnKnown
    Miracast: Not Available
    Microsoft Graphics Hybrid: Not Supported

Clueless as to what half of that means - but I'd be really grateful for any advice (and yes, I know that binning the whole device would be a good start, you cheeky scamp).
