Just give me fucking Golden Sun FFS. I could do with fewer ports though. I've either already played them or have no interest in them
New Golden Sun and and Advance Wars would make me very happy.

So you should end the year on 40 to 50 games. Nearly one a week. Good work.

Probably. I think I bought around that last year. I've so far got a better completion ratio this year. I've finished over half my games.

I'm competing one game a month on average at the moment. Much slower than usual, but back-to-back RPGs will have that effect!

    I've completed:

    Mario Odyssey
    Splatoon campaign
    Oxenfree

Still got to finish Golf Story which was getting a bit too repetitive and have to start LA Noire and that will be backlog completed.

How did you find that? I got as far as going into the cave on the beach (so not far at all...) but it didn't grab me. Wondering whether to give it another go...

Started LA Noire this morning. Dark scenes on a Switch in sunlight - not the easiest to play. I found the sound really quiet too and had to increase the volume until the Switch told me to stop.

Runs well enough in handheld mode. Can immediately tell it's no GTA but intrigued to see where it will go. More interesting than Mario, that's for sure though.

@The_Goon Have you turned off automatic brightness? It increases the brightness significantly, at the expense of the battery life, obviously.

Minecraft has a gamma(?) setting that makes it easier to see darker things in portable mode. Does LA Noire have anything similar?

Battle chasers is pretty cool. Good kind of chill out game after garage was completed as that was pretty intense.

Is it better than something like Bravely Default or Radiant Historia on the 3DS?

    Iím guessing no

Not sure how I feel about the switch in general at the mo. The first year was amazing but I feel itís really hit a roadblock. Started running with Mario and Zelda but now just jogging along ! Mario tennis, hyrule warriors etc are all good but nothing major to get excited about ! I thought Nintendo had learned there lessons from the Wii U but now not so sure ! Esp with the lack of virtual console

Nintendo have always been slow with their first-party releases. This has been the case for... at least two decades, I think. I don't know why people are expecting it to be different now.

I wish I had enough time to worry about lack of games.

If another game was never released I'd still not run out of games before I die.

It takes time to make good quality games.

I can say, without hesitation, that is a fantastic game. There's really no excuse not to try the demo.

An hour later I've only just discovered this is a port of a 7 year od Wii game, and not a new Ninty Wii Sports Resort follow-up. The abysmal graphics I guess were a give away!

Haha, I didn't realise that, and was equally unimpressed by the graphics :)

How about a port of the Wii game SUPER MARIO GALAXY, Ninty?
