Which boss is that? Is it in any of the special levels? Haven't really got round to those.

I had dramas with it on Wii U but pissed it years later on the switch.

I have only given it 2 attempts and understand the movements fine, but swimming (and attacking) with DK just doesnít feel good which is a shame for a game that generally feels very tight.

Playing this game has made me want to get Rayman Legends again as it is my favourite 2D platformer.

I didn't feel the game was particularly great, to be honest. I'm surprised it was so widely praised frankly.

Beat the fucking fish... really took the shine of my enjoyment in the game and then second level in world 5 is a barrel one which is atrocious. This game is going on my sad list

Shocking! I loved both the modern Donkey Kong games. So much better than the originals too (which I'm also found of).

I'm not that far into DKC:TR but enjoying it so far. I will say though that Rayman Legends is also my favourite 2D platformer.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a slim-line Switch case? Doesn't need space for games really.

This is the one I use - its really sturdy and fits well. There might be more slimmer alternatives out there now though????

Been playing Virtua Racing (I actually have the MD version!) - honestly the conversion has blown me away. So smooth and the controls are incredibly tight. That being said I cannot get 1st place on the second course - it's nigh on impossible! Any tips for the corners before the finish line??

Rayman Legends is amazing, I've finished so many times now on different consoles haha. DKC:TP however is nearly the best platformer I have ever played. The music by David Wise just elevates it.

Not that I need any more games to add to my backlog but the Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Storm Trilogy is only c.£15 on the US eShop. Looks like it could be decent fun. Grabbed a 256GB sd card the other day so think I may bite.

I can't do it. I've seen videos saying that the AI essentially cheats and can grip round those last few corners way better than the player can, which makes it very tough to make up the ground over 5 laps

Played MK8D online for the first time in months tonight. Great fun but that game it doesnít half fuck you when it wants to. On course for first place and blue shelled within sight of the finish. Always a classic.

The middle order ďRacingĒ is just a mess. Who knows where youíll end up. 5th? 8th? 12th?

My only complaint with MK8 on Switch is the reintroduction of double items. It makes the game far more chaotic.

Switch Lite had been dropped then. I'm on the fence as I couldn't tell you the last time I used my Switch on the TV, it's a handheld for me. The inclusion of a dpad is nice, but worth offload8ng my current Switch for? Probably not.

Switch Lite Details I like the yellow coloured one and this could be good alternative for the kids - but not too much to get excited about. The no-switching-Switch

Normally I get a bit jealous when an updated piece of hardware comes out, but Iím not feeling that with the switch lite. Even though I barely use it on my TV and mostly play in handheld mode, the larger screen still makes the original the better version for me.
Theyíll do well with it though, itíll sell LOTS this Christmas at that price point, especially for younger gamers.
