Seems fine to me so far. Yeah, the enemies all out-level you, but that's pretty normal for Fire Emblem.
I only played for two turns... turtles everyone up, killed the two goons who come near (even though Edelgard and Hilda were absolutely useless - 30% hit rate sheds) then Balthaza come and beat Dimitri because he did 22 damage 4x

He only gets 4x attacks when it's his turn (that's what gauntlets do), and even then only if his opponent is slow (like Dimitri). So keep Dimitri out of his range and attack him with people who have higher defence (Edelgard), or with units who have ranged attacks (Claude, Lorenz).

And don't forget that you have Gambits. If you can't kill someone on your turn, chuck a Gambit to make them skip their next turn.

Iíve not played FE for months, I really should get back to it. I remember Gambits though and never really understanding them, or when to best use them.

They're crowd control, basically. If you've got too many enemies to kill on your turn, Gambits damage them, debuff them and - most importantly - prevent them from moving.

And they can affect multiple enemies at once. They're pretty OP.

This is great coming back to switch after ages off. Enjoying Throne breaker, loaded up treasurer tracker to play with daughter and they've given me a whole book of levels for free.

I picked up City Skylines a few weeks back even though the critics said it's an awful port.

They must of patched it as it seems to run perfectly in handheld and docked mode.

If you fancy a handheld Sim City type game I highly recommend it.

@Pipedream I think it plays fine until the later stages where you have a large city etc, then it starts to really lag from what Iíve read.

@Pipedream I've had the very concerns Dazimus mentions. If you could keep us posted on how performance holds up in larger cities, I'd love to know.

Went a bit nuts in the sale...

Picked up forgotten Anne, Mutant year zero and sonic forces.

Mutant year zero is pretty special isnít it. The writing is a little small but man itís good. Also sonic forces seems alright from the little I have played of it.

Does mutant year zero still have performance problems? I was thinking of picking it up, as it sort of kind of looks like xcom if you squint.

@Mola_Ram I think it was pretty poor on release but had a substantial patch later on which I think helped quite a lot.

From what I read, the main issue was incredibly muddy visuals in handheld, which when a lot of the game is about stealthing about in the shadows is a bit of a problem. Not sure if thatís better now.

Picked up Rayman Legends at last after passing on it in many previous sales. Itís one of only a couple of games I miss that I used to have on Vita.

If you're buying Lego City Undercover it runs like shit; if you're sensitive to choppy framerates maybe keep away.

Just an update on this (currently on Chapter 4 of the side story)... yeah it's pretty hard now lol, definitely harder than most of the maps in the main game. There's no way to survive without intelligent Gambit use, and using your potions and such.

I love it, it reminds me of some of the maps in Conquest. It's a shame that there (probably) won't be any more major DLC to come.

Yep it's bad... shamefully I double-dipped on release as my son was nagging me to get it after the Wii U ended up in the loft when we got the Switch. Should have just got the Wii U back down!!

Only just twigged listening to a podcast that Tokyo Mirage Sessions is also know as TMS. Which is SMT backwards - as it was originally touted as Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem. Assume that's not a coincidence :-)
