Shooting schedules are the only thing that will affect Deadpool (there's no way it's going to affect the Infinity War films).

No but Marvel have turned funny in regards to the licensed stuff they don't control.

I fucking hate superhero films. I really do. I avoid them all together. However, Deadpool was the last one I watched and I really loved it. Very over the top, very silly, and most importantly very different. Funny little teaser there too. I'll definitely watch the second.

There have been reports that the reactions to the test screening have been very poor.

Edit: And I�ve found out why. Yep, that would totally kill it. If this was the reason Tim Miller left over the �creative differences� then he did the right thing. Word of mouth which made the original a huge success could perhaps totally kill this off. If true, of course.
