Anyone else really looking forward to this tomorrow - it looks like they've nailed the casting and they seem to be borrowing from some of the best stories used over the years.

Looking forward to finishing work tomorrow and going on a 13 episode binge!

I'm looking forward to it. I agree, I think they have nailed the tone for this. And I just love how Netflix dump the whole series on you in one. Gorge myself silly I will

Yeah, really looking forward to this one, and like the poster above, I love how you get the whole series available at once.

Honestly, Daredevil isn't a character in that familiar with beyond the Ben Affleck movie (which I actually enjoyed despite it's obvious flaws) and the brief appearance in the Spider-Man game on PS1/Dreamcast. Still looking forward to some comic book shenanigans and the trailer looks really good.

Must say it does look good and set in the same universe as the films and AoS is win win for me.

Also the fact that Drew Goddard has written the entire series fills me with confidence - he's one of the good ones 👍

Reviews from very trusted sources (emergency awesome) are saying it's a welcome change from the Disney style Flash/Arrow/Shield

Can't fooking wait. I had a moment of weakness and started watching the 6 minute clip on XB1 earlier, turned it off when the fight started as I came to my senses. But the tone and fight choreography looks like a clear step above the likes of Arrow and Shield.
Hopefully my wife will enjoy, then I'll be able to bang through 3 a night, if not I'll have to wait for my days off.

Yes, I'm massively up for it. I used to read the comics many years ago when I was a yoof. As I mentioned in another thread, me and OH are planning a Daredevil marathon. Will start on Saturday morning and watch all 13 eps! Got loads of beer and munchies. It's going to be epic \0/

Sounds awesome Bob - maybe get some of your classic burgers on the go too?!

Anyone know what time us UK peasants are getting access to this?, I'm assuming it's some random time this afternoon?, maybe 2 or 3?

Does Matt Murdoch's enhanced senses include being able to feel the inevitable crushed spirits of thousands of nerds?

Not this time. I ordered a galician 40 day aged steak from Turner & George! Quick and easy to do so I can fit in more Daredevil :-D

    It's good.

It doesn't have that super clean feeling that Arrow has, despite being similar in tone.

This is like The Shield compared to Arrow's NCIS.

Is it anywhere as camp as Arrow? Obviously it'll be camp to a degree

Hell no. Also the main guy moves his arms when he walks, unlike Arrow, so it's a totally different show.

So sad, but gf and I are getting burgers after work to watch this. I'm stupidly excited, mainly because of all the glowing reviews I've read.

    I WILL SHOW HIM

    THAT A MAN WITHOUT HOPE

    IS A MAN WITHOUT FEAR

Does the main guy do any salmon pull ups?

Because if so I may have to start watching on my lunch break.

    In the toilet.

    @CosmicFuzz

Are you unable to watch television without a burger?

@THFourteen Burgers improve any TV show by roughly 48.6%.

(You're now making me paranoid that I eat a burger every time I watch TV...!)
