Does anyone own the Pitch Black/Riddick Box Set?

I picked this up a while ago, and what one earth were they thinking?

You slap in Pitch Black and what does it do? Automatically plays the first 20 minutes of Riddick. Not only is this confusing (it took me a while to try and figure out whether or not they'd given me duplicate discs, or if they was some sort of weird pressing error), but it also ruins the story of the first film by showing you the start of the second.

    WTF?!

Has anyone else had this problem, or is it just my boxset?

Is that the one with the animation as well. I've got that one, I'll have to check.

I haven't noticed the animation. If you've already watched through the first film you shouldn't need to check. It's that obvious and annoying it had me swearing at them.

I would've thought having Riddick in it's entirity was more of a bonus. Such a bonus in fact that they didn't need to ruin the plot of the first film by showing 20 minutes of the second.

    That sounds very stupid.

I think Derb meant Dark Fury, is that in the box set as well? If not I recommend picking it up.

Tis indeed what i meant. I have a set with all 3 but it's still the SE of Pitch Black.

HMV has an exclusive boxset with Dark Fury included with it. Hmmmmm... I wonder if Pitch Black in that set has the same 20 minutes at the beginning. I shall watch it and check!

Dark Fury is a bit of a rip off on its own though. Around a tenner for 35 minutes of animation.
