Registered 16 years agoSo they are going with "he didn't know who it as but shot in the door" as they cannot prove he lost his mind in a jealous rage and murdered her mid huge row. But hopefully they throw the book at him with the maximum allowed based on that - as they know in reality that is what happened but cannot prove it. -

Registered 16 years agoI had no idea it had gone this far. I knew about the appeal court ruling but I had no idea about the legal process so assumed that meant a new trial or something. -
Seems mental, sounds like he's going to get a really lenient sentence. -

Registered 16 years agoI heard her say she'd still hear an appeal, but I'm not sure they will because I can't see there being a better outcome for him. Maybe they will though, if they do they'll do it soon. -
