    So anyone going this year?

In my honest opionion... In terms of the main stages, it's one of the weakest line ups I've seen for the festival in a long, long time.

Oh and the Foo Fighters have just pulled out after the accident at the weekend.

Mark Ronson is such a bland entertainer, can't even link his tracks without massive silences.

Just put it on. Some ginger bint running about like she's just been let out of the asylum for the first time

She's forgotten to actually sing songs though. Rubbish

Think I'll give it a miss this evening and watch the 'highlights' tomorrow.

Even Mark Radcliff made a snide jab at the 'quality' of acts booked for the main stages this year.

Just watching his set now having recorded it earlier. It is shockingly poor. Minimal charisma, or building through it at all.

So saying, I might just be getting old, since most of what I've seen tonight has been bland shit so far.

Ronson is a hack, I am not sure why anyone is surprised that his live show would be a bit cack.

You should all be watching Super Furry Animals killing it on the Park Stage live stream. Just brilliant.

Live streaming on the BBC website. 80 minutes in, though.

I'd love to be more eloquent than this but my lord Florence welch is such a penis. That is all.

I am pretty bored. I find her voice pretty dull too, it has one register and it stays there. Still, it is not made for the curmudgeonly likes of me.

That's SFA on the red button button now. More beer required.

So far, I've enjoyed SFA, Subtrkt, Jamie XX, Modestep, Hot Chip and even (after a fashion) Mark Ronson. Not a bad set I'd say.

Still looking to see if I can find Cairbou anywhere on the bbc site since he doesn't seem to be being shown on the TV.

Boo. They've cut to Rudimental now. Who I don't mind, but I wanted the full SFA set.

It better be on the website.

Have no fear we have the mighty cuntkanye tonight. I'm sorry but I can't warm to the man or his music or his fucking wife...

Should have gotten Public Enemy(back) to perform the whole of YBRTS

Kanye West needs to fuck off over a cliff and take that lump of plastic called his wife with him. Public Enemy would have got the crowd going and they've got loads of good songs to play and Flavor Flav is always good for a laugh :)

I'm not quite sure what The Machine is, but it sounds as if Florence is being fed into it feet first.

    Genuinely astonishing that she's popular

Thought glastonbury turned a corner last year with metallica. Geniune performers and entertaining. Even if you were not a fan they put on a hell of a show. Instead its gone back to the usual turds.

    Shame the foos couldnt play.

I saw Metallica at the Monsters of Rock festival back in the 90's and they were really good!

*Edit* Felt the need for an edit here, after looking at the complete lineup for Glastonbury. I'll need to have a look at BBC iplayer so I can watch Motorhead, Wilko Johnson and The Charlatans :) Totally forgot The Who are headlining Sunday! The jury is still out on this years festival, but it could turn out to be a good one!

What's the name of the band that are supporting / recently supported The Who? Punk-ttype lot with a lead who rants more than sings.

They should have got F Mac. I am a huge fan of course esp of Lindsey. I watched them in May this year and they were excellent, even better if they managed to get The Green god involved for some Blues. Would love to hear 67 -70 stuff live. Buckingham can play anything and with Mick and John+ Chris on keyboards. Stevie can have a break.

Nearly all the bands I like seem to have people over 60 playing in them, such craft.
