Java broken in latest version of Mac OS X!

Our one upgraded machine here in the office displays the exact same problem. Given that we develop in Java this is pretty bloody serious. :-)

Reinstalling the latest Security Upgrade supposedly fixes it. I didn't have the problem, though (both iBook and Mac Mini).
