Videos Stream fast on Mobile without buffering but not on Laptop

Videos i.e. On megashare i was able to watch breaking bad season 5 in 720p on mobile(Redmi 1s : Android 5.1.x ) using UC browser with no BUFFERING .but when i switched to Laptop the same video was taking a lot of time to there was buffering and was taking a lot of time to stream..
any suggestions??

Screen size is too big, try a much smaller monitor.
