    Except this time, I bought a mouse less than a year ago and as far as they are concerned I can go fuck myself.
    If it's less than £20 you only get a 6 month warranty.. really?
    At that they let on they didn't know I bought a bloody extended warranty. So once I furnished them with the policy details they have forwarded an email to amazon protect.
    The first dick I spoke to told me to contact Microsoft. "What about my extended warranty?", "that's ok the manufacturer will sort it".

    Disappointing as usually they have agreed to replace or sort things out right away.
