Registered 16 years agoI'm happy enough. I think more games and films should continue this way. It'll be bloody weird without Wash though... unless it's a prequel (can't check the link ATM).

Registered 14 years ago@Tonka Okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, so they're not fans of Firefly and are complaining about those people who are? The reason fans of Firefly are still pissed about it is that it's one of the best examples of corporate meddling spoiling something that could have been great; Fox decided that sci-fi fans, generally amongst the more literate and understanding viewers, were too stupid to appreciate the 2 hour pilot that Joss Whedon created to introduce everyone and thought it better to drop everyone watching into the middle of a train heist...
The show never got the chance it needed to see what it could become, from very promising beginnings (if you watched it in the right order, that is). -

Firefly holds a special place for me, because it was cancelled before they could even finish season one, I hold it as pretty much a perfect t.v. show.
I'm sure if it continued to the standard would have dropped. -

The whole show season is stored in 720p on my Plex server for, like, ever. It was perfect. -

@Megapocalypse well... I liked it. Ended up listening to the rest of the album in fact. But then I do like my spacecheese. -
It's a great album. Was fun when it was released trying to work out what film each track was about. The first album 'Space Metal' is a lot better though. It doesn't take itself quite as seriously.
