Have you all heard about "The Sims 2". It sounds cool, cause your sim will actually age. It's thought u can start of as a child and grow old.

    Even more sleepless nights!

*Looks at dusty copy of Simcity 4*

I will NEVER buy any "Sim" game again, EVER!

I could be tempted by a Sims product that has long term effects.

Sim City 4 is most certainly the last I'll ever buy of that part of the series I would add, it gets a big thumbs down from me. I wonder how much my local indie will take it in trade for?

    Hmmm, The Sims.

Seen the screenshots. Looks OK graphically, but they STINK of "mockup"

I like the idea of "ageing" Sims, because at least that way the game will have a natural end (if you don't spawn kids I guess).

Am hoping that this has a properly 3D rotateable engine like the console versions but to do that, and make it look like the screenshots, is way beyond Maxis.

I was more interested in being able to overfeed them and give them weight problems! Couple that with the DNA-style breeding and you'll be able to create proper 'trailer-trash' families!

Maybe they will create The Sims 2 X-Rated. Were they could have full sexual simulaton and even Purchase new Toys for her bedside cabinet!

Saw the screenshots and I thought it looked much better. Hope they fix any bugs. I hate "The Sims" on the PS2 when u turn on/off a light and the game slows for a few frames.

That would be cool. And if u could get them to take some juice and workout to become like IFBB Pro!
