I see that Govt and Business is the theme of New Labour today.

So - here's a fab example.

Patricia Hewitt (sp?) - whose uber smug tones I am listening to now on R4 - did the launch of TIGA a few years ago @ the DTi.

They'd hired some 'consultants' to tell us what to write games about. Really.

So, she told us that to be successful in the bright new world of game development we had to write lots of games for girls and TV set top boxes.
