Did Marvel and Sony ever do the same thing with Spider-Man before that was officially announced? I can't remember.
Marvel and Fox have both publicly denied the FF thing. -

I think it's normally a 'we don't comment on rumour' line.

Yeah,,this has been confirmed. I hope they allow the hulk to speak as I want to see hulk & Thor not Thor and Bruce banner
So, Thor: Ragnarok is going to be Thor and Hulk on a galactic adventure where they meet Valkyrie, if the recent rumours are true. -

Registered 17 years agoI really dislike talking Hulk. Even the "Hulk SMASH!" moment in TIH I thought was shit. -
See I really dislike Bruce banner and much prefer angry but intelligent hulk
Having the hulk fly the quinket at the end of ultron does male me suspect he is gaining some of bruces intelligence

Registered 11 years agoI don't really like seeing the other characters crop up in other's movies.
On the whole I'd prefer the individual films to be relatively standalone, it would make the Avengers films seem like bugger events. -

Registered 14 years agoI'm subbed. I make my way through the Events rather than just follow a single series. Going through Secret Invasion at the moment (spoiler: Skrulls are dicks). I'd say it's worth it for the hundreds, if not thousand odd comics I've gone through in a few months. -

He always had athing for her inthe comics as well, but it was lust. Whereas Scott was Jean's one true love. I know the MCU* changes the characters, but for me this a step too far. Also SS cutting through the adamantium claws. It wasn't an awful film by any means, but I didn't enjoy any of the Wolverine films as much as I did the X-Men films.

* I know the MCU doesn't include the Fox franchises. -

Registered 12 years agoUrghh I hated that he got his claws cut off. And don't get me started on the whole adamantium bullet bullshit from Origins. What did they actually expect it to do, They know full well beforehand he can heal from pretty much any injury. Dicks -

Registered 11 years agoI can accept the arguments against The Wolverine but it's my 2nd or 3rd favourite X-Men film, behind X2 and maybe Days of Future Past.
My biggest gripe with the X-Men series was the portrayal of Rogue. And the lack of Gambit (Origins didn't count. Nothing in that film counted). -

More here!
I think he looks pretty good but hard to judge without seeing him in motion and all the CGI that's going to be used to make the magic.
They've also confirmed that Mads Mikkelsen is playing the role of the main villain in the film to absolutely no one's surprise. -

Registered 16 years agoI was already pretty optimistic, but he looks far better than I could've hoped I was concerned they might try and tone him down too much (maybe even losing the cloak) but thankfully that's definitely Doctor Strange in all his cosmic glory.

Kind of worried about all that, Age of Ultron was struggling to balance all the different characters. -

Great, so we might get the B-team taking the centre stage. My excitement level has dropped substantially. -

Guess that'll help with selling more toys and introducing loads of characters that they can use in the next 10 years. -

Registered 7 years agoI'd be more interested in a small group that have character beyond what their powers do. -
How charismatic and interesting as characters Black Panther and Dr Strange etc. will be remains to be seen, but looking at the current B-Team it's a personality vacuum.
edit - that's a bit harsh. They're good supporting characters but I don't think they could carry a film.
