Feels like we might be getting a run of more formulaic films in the coming phase. But I guess you canít keep going bigger every time.

I think Silver Surfer was the best of the three Fantastic Four films but I havenít seen any of them in a long time.

Yeah, I wouldn't discount them yet, GotG has proved they make something you wouldn't have heard of or give a shit about into something that is insanely popular.

I think itís that there are a few films in a row that a lot of people have never heard of. Itís hard to get excited about that for the more casual viewers, especially after it reached such a peak. Iím sure itíll build up again and it seems theyíre mixing some more familiar stuff back in in the future with F4 etc.

It looks they've got decent filmmakers on board as well (gunn, Zhao etc) as they did with the previous phase stuff so even if I have no idea who half of these characters are theres a good chance the films will be good at least.
I just hope the big overarching story will be compelling as well.

Its such a shame they couldnít get it together to keep Edgar Wright on board. Heíd have had the perfect sensibility for something like Ant-Man or one of the other lower tier heroes.

Christ, I was already outmarvelled for a while after Endgame, this is a bit over the top. And the Disney thing doesn't help.

Itís a lot coming up in quick succession, but itís because covid killed their release schedule entirely last year.

Youíre not keen to see a Marvel movie every six weeks for the rest of the year?

Not sure why people are complaining at that list.

I'm excited for a return to the cinema and this list will be most of my trips over the next 24 months. Will add in the other occasional spectacle in Dune etc.

Yeah, I enjoyed the antmans, most of the Thors, Spidermans, Dr strange, and captain marvel. So I am more than happy with more and no avengers tying them together!

Given multiple films, and the recent TV series (with multiple seasons) which was pretty ace, I really don't need this.

Punisher is somewhat problematic, a white ex-cop who shoots criminals?

That won't play in the current climate.

The schedule isn't exactly that surprising. If folks are feeling like it's too much, it's not like your being forced to watch them. I still haven't seen Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Definitely some I'll see on the list, and some I'll probably not bother with unless the reviews sound really good.

Black Widow, Doctor Strange, Thor and GotG are the only ones that I'll probably see regardless.

Shang Chi is kinda intriguing though, just because it feels like one of the more of obscure choices.

I'm kinda hoping that they'll drop all of them into D+ Premiere Access too, so that I can choose how to watch them.

I'm all in on the MCU. They simply have my trust now. Even the not so good movies in the MCU are pretty enjoyable. And I really enjoyed Wandavision and FaTWS. I even rewatched Captain Marvel recently and enjoyed it, despite not digging it the first time.

Wow whoever said it a few pages back really wasnít kidding about how hard the production values crash on the 90s X-Men cartoon after the Dark Phoenix Saga ends.

The animation is janky as hell and all the characters look wrong in ways I canít quite place. Some of them appear to be in different art styles to the others they share scenes with too.

The writing is noticably much worse too.
