    So military leaders should be impartial but Prince Charles shouldn't.

    The logic is that the only way getting rid of our nukes will help is if all countries do the same.  Hence it would be ridiculous us getting rid of ours,  good luck convincing everyone on the planet to get rid of nukes. In the mean time we don't have any while other countries develop them.

    That almost sounds like a dream doesn't it who would ever want to aspire to something like that? Lets keep throwing billions at something no one wants or would use instead that's far more sensible

    EDIT: I've served on the Submarines that carries Britains Nuclear deterrent even after telling the vetting officer I was pro CND
