PS3 beep 3 times restart when loading game

Hey
I loaded destiny on my PS3 yesterday and it needed an update, so I clicked to update it and it said please wait for around 30 seconds, then beeped 3 times quickly then restarted.

This has never happened before yesterday.

It also happened once when trying to load the Amazon prime movies today, but worked once I retried after it restarted.

In not sure what model it is, but it is an older fat one with an electronic disk loader. It is well ventilated and has never felt hot.

Anyone know what is wrong? Thanks

I think that can happen sometimes as the update process kills the game. Try using the menu from the XMB (triangle, I think) and choose Update from there, without loading the game (or Amazon or whatever).

I have the same problem.
I think my PS3 is old (5 or 6 years old) so the dust could be the problem and cause many bugs.
